"The choices we make in life define who we are and what we become. MDC explores the various experiences that we sometimes go through in our pursuit of our self-identity. In the end, we live because we choose. And we choose to DANCE."

Welcome to BIGTEETH-DANCE :D

Lando Wilkins
Tuesday, November 27, 2012 12:26 AM
Today's Dancer of the day is Lando Wilkins.
Born in San Diego, Lando left gangs and violence in order to learn dance, so that he can express his silliness through his dance. His dancing style focuses mainly on hitting beats, or beat killing, so he specialises in locking, breaking, and popping. He is also a part of many crews like Brain Puspos, representing Boxcutthuz, Kinjas, Movement Lifestyle, Mos Wanted Crew, and many more. He is an amazing dancer and choreographer. What I like about his choreography is that he places a big emphasis on the detailed beats, hitting every small beat and bringing them out. I also love his footwork a lot, which he uses to accent the beats. It is never enough to just watch his videos once, be it his choreography, or him dancing other people's choreography, because he has that stage presence that just makes you wanna watch him again and again. He also makes use of his expression very well. And engages the audience. Along with his witty and eye-catching attire and hairstyle, he brings all eyes on him. And so, here are some videos of him.

This is his choreography to What U Doin'. Listen to the beats and be amazed by his beat killing.

This is a freestyle session he had with 2 other amazing dancers of Boxcutthuz. And he's still killing the beats.

Shake That Ass by Quick Crew ft. Lando and Brian and Ian. Hilarious choreography.

Choreography by Lando to "ASS". Look at his footwork. It's just amazing.

Last video. Had to put this up. Showcases so many amazing dancers doing a great choreography, I just can't resist.

Okay I was wrong. That wasn't the last. This is the last. I just wanna say, Lando is also a very good choreographer in that he experiments with different concepts. Like in the What U Doin' video, if you search up the concept version of it, he uses his crew mates as ''props''. But in this video, he focuses less on the center choreography and instead forces viewers to broaden their focus to the overall picture by putting in many different things simultaneously. So watch it and try to catch the different parts that hit the music.

There are more videos on his channel so check it out if y'all want to.
If y'all love beat killers, he's the guy to go to.
Peace out~
