As you all (SHOULD) know, this Wednesday (tomorrow) is our CCA EXHIBITION DAY!
Therefore, in order for dance to stand out from the rest…. We will be activating ALL DANCERS :)

There will be 4 main components to MDC’s CCA exhibition:

Hall Booth!
Mascots + Flyers!
Tour guides!
Studio!

Do check up for your name on the duty list below and the details of the job scope will be explained by your station I/Cs TODAY!
So you MUST MUST MUST come for practice :)

Here’s the duty list:

Tour Guides: Sarah (I/C)

Rochelle, Seow Shi, Clarissa, Angus, Dewi, Qian Hui, Yun Jing, Caryn, Farhanah

Mascots + Flyers: Cheryl (I/C)

Cystal & Roslin (Hand mascot), Chloe & Fion (Hand mascot), Rong Hao & Hidir (Sandwich board), Aditya & Shimin (sandwich board)

Manning the booth: Wuan Yi (I/C)

Jia Hui, Ulfah, Marcus, Si Ying, Kristin, Guan Qi, Ooh Jing, Zihui, Xue Jing, Yee Teng

Studio: Jia Yan (I/C)

Ashikin, Yan Yi, Sharon, Sze Tin, See Hui, Alden, Regina, Anngie

If YOUR NAME IS NOT MENTIONED, please inform HUI QING OR MICHELLE ASAP! Especially if you want your contributions to be mentioned if your SGC ;)
However if you would like to CHANGE YOUR DUTY for very valid reasons, do inform HUI QING OR MICHELLE TOO :)

The CCA exhibition will start officially at 3pm tomorrow, hence due to the tight schedule, we will not be allocating any official lunch breaks. So PLEASE PLEASE, especially for those dancers who end their lessons at 2.30pm, remember to eat something heavy during your breaks!
AND EVERYONE PLEASE REMEMBER TO DRINK MORE WATERRRRRR!!!
Caution: A lot of shouting and screaming and cheering will be required.

During CCA Exhibition, ALL DANCERS please check your phones regularly because you will need to watch out for a message sent by Cheryl on when to gather in the hall for our performance!

Once again….

PLEASE COME FOR DANCE TODAY because station I/Cs will be doing a job scope briefing.
Tomorrow please assemble in the studio PUNCTUALLY AT 2.30PM.
Run if you need to.
Tomorrow’s attire for PERFORMING dances will be your PERFORMANCE ATTIRE, for NON-PERFORMING dancers, your attire will be dance tee :)

Yup that’s all!! Yayy we’re so gonna own the other CCAs on Wednesday!!
