Hey guys!

This is what each group is in charge of (note: Leaders of each group are accountable for the progress of your group)

group a: (leader: Natelie)
-designing boards for flash mob & cca day and boards that ppl like eugene can walk around in for advertisement.
-design the booth for cca day

please submit a detailed proposal by the 20th of january latest. If given the green light by sum, you guys can begin and completion is expected by 27th January. so the earlier the proposal is sent in the fater you guys can start! Ample time is given so pleasee pleasssee do you job :)

Group b: (leader : Shaotong)
-Advertisers. you guys will be doing the advertising for cca day, and also the pasting of stuff around the school at designated timings. Group a will help you guys make the boards that you guys will wear and hold around.
-your primary task is to attract people to the booth and to the club on cca and whenever else you wish.
-you are also to think about ways to advertise the club on cca day.
please submit a proposal by 20th january latest.

note: Marcus will be joining this group from group d.

group c: (leader: Val )
-booth ics.
-You guys will be mending the booth on cca day
-you have to print out forms for the jc1's to fill in their names and contact number on.
-you also neeed to design and print out mini flyers for the jc1's
Please complete a sample of both the forms and mini flyers by 20th january for sum to have a look.


Group d : (leader: Beatrice)
-performance preparation
-group d, you are in charge of preparing and settling things like costumes, cd, and everything related to the performances. Arranging time and location of flash mobs, preparing speakers and loud hailers for flash mobs or assigning someone to do so. and basically ensuring a smooth flow of all performances.

Please submit a costume proposal by 16th january. This is so as costumes neeed to be bought ,so, we neeed to settle it earlier. Please update the dancers detailedly on how the flow of performances will be and time and location of flash mobs etc via the blog, by 20th january latest
