Hello dancers! So here are the details/arrangement for tmr :)

1) TICK TOCK, AMPHI/HALL

7am meet at studio (STRICTLY DO NOT BE LATE!)

When we meet at the studio at 7am...

- Your bags are not supposed to be with you. I suggest you ask your friends to take it for you to assembly so that when we finish our flash mob you can just head back to your class assembly area.

- We will synchronize all our watches/hp clocks so that we will be looking at the same timing when asked to gather. So I suggest your hp should be glued to you the whole day to keep a look out for timing.

Planning for TickTock:

- 7.10am: Clarice, Shao Tong and Mr Sum will be in charge of the sound system. Beatrice will pass you guys the CD for Tick Tock. 3 of you will go downstairs earlier than the rest to prepare and station there first.
While they are preparing, the rest of us should be hanging around amphitheatre/hall and act like OGLs/councillors.

- 7.15am: When we see that the sound in ready, Rachel, Ruth and I will be the first 3 to get ready to 'perform'. When the rest of you see that the 3 of us take our positions, you guys should be in your allocated-random-positions waiting for music to start. And please act blur!

- 7.20am: When I see that everyone is ready, I will give a nod for the song to start and it'll be time to blast them away.

- After dancing, (and hopefully they applaud like mad), we all walk off in our own directions and ming jun will come in with the boards to acknowledge the applaud. The 3 sound system ppl will keep the equipments and head up to the studio. No one is to acknowledge mj!!! All act blur, and head to assembly area.

Everyone please keep a look out for each other and make sure everything is in place and we look normal and calm. In any case, do not panic. It is supposed to be random.

We're not sure if it'll be at the hall or amphi yet because we have to see where the crowd is. But there is a high chance it'll be at the hall stage. Because we haven't rehearse on stage before, you guys may freak out. But fret not! Just apply thing that we did at amphi to the stage, same direction/speed/moves. Just that space is different.



2) ROLL IT GIRL, CANTEEN

- 10am: Sum and Karen (in charge of sound system) should be stationed at the canteen with the sound system already set up and ready to go.

- 10.10am: Be ready to leave and start leaving lessons. (No notifications will be given, so you have to watch out for the timing yourself)

- 10.20am: We will be stationed at our spots and ready to start anytime once the music plays.

- After flashmob, same thing, walk in your own directions back to lessons and sound system ppl will keep the equipment. MJ will walk out and do the same thing for about 1-2mins and walk off.


3) The timing for the second round of Roll It Girl will be as follows:

- 12.40pm: Sum and Karen stationed and music ready to go

- 12.50pm: Start to leave lessons

- 1.05pm: Stationed at our spots and ready to start anytime


4) Attire: Wear half U. Any top (PE/House shirt/Polo Tee with skirt/pants)
Those who have high socks/geek specs PLEASE wear!!!
Girls, please wear shorts!!!

*Take note of the impt timings for your own personal role, whether you're a sound person or performer and know what time you've to leave and when you've to reach. Don't want people to come to me tmr asking "what time must we reach.." etc..

Lastly, rmb all the steps that we've gone through tgt and don't forget the last min changes we made. Dance FULL OUT, TTM!!! and blow them away ok!!! :D
